East Preston Festival

The festival week (1-10 June) is to coincide with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee week and the joint themes are the celebrations of this event and the Olympics coming to London.

A free 32 page re-designed festival programme detailing over 100 community events has been produced and due to the generosity of the Parish Council will be delivered to every household in East Preston.

This year's festival will bring the return of many popular events including Ark Nappy Run/Challenge (2 June), Girl Guides Summer Fayre (2 June), Festival Songs of Praise (3 June) and Open Gardens/Art Trail (6/7 June). There will also be many new events.

Job Vacancies

There are a number of job vacancies at businesses or organisations in East Preston Village. If you're looking for work or are keen to volunteer to help, please visit the local job vacancies page. If you have a vacancy within the village, its free to advertise it here.

Residents Associations

We've added a new section to the Village website. The Angmering-on-Sea Residents Association are the first residents association to have a dedicated page on the site. If you'd like a page for your residents association, and don't have your own website, please take a look at what we can do for you.

East Preston Businesses and Organisations

To date, 143 businesses and 49 organisations have added their details to the site. Businesses are listed by category and by A-Z of their name. You're invited to add your local business or organisation to the website.

How can you help?

We've started a SPORTS section and we're inviting local clubs to contribute. So far, only the East Preston Bowls Club (thank you!!) have responded to our invitation. If you can contribute for your sports, please let us know so we can get this part of the website (and you!) active. We know there are some organisations in the village that are missing from our ORGANISATIONS list and we often hear about EVENTS too late. Please add your events to the East Preston Village website.
