Angmering-on-Sea Estate Residents Association Ltd

The Angmering on Sea Estate is a collection of approximately 330 houses, bungalows and flats built up since the early 1900’s. There is also a Nursing Home and Restaurant included in the Estate. The Residents Association was formed to manage and protect the interests of the Residents, including undertaking road and verge maintenance and to uphold the Estate’s covenants.

The members of the AOSERA committee are all volunteers and meet every two months to discuss and decide on matters concerning the management of the Estate. We always welcome new members to join, so please contact our Secretary, Pam Barton, if you are interested in doing so. We are also interested to hear from you if you have any ideas on ways to improve the Estate or any concerns you might have regarding our neighbourhood.

In order to make the AOSERA newsletter self-funding, we invite local businesses to purchase advertising space in the publication which is hand-delivered to all houses on the estate. For just £40.00 for three editions or £15.00 for one edition, your business could place an advert. Please contact the Company Secretary for more details

Car stickers and permits

All AOSERA car stickers and permits for those (fully paid up) residents of South Strand and Westfield Avenue have been issued and delivered. If you are missing yours, or have any query regarding the use of these stickers and permits, please contact the Company Secretary for guidance. Please remember that your stickers and permits should not be given away to visitors or tradespersons but only loaned to them to display in their vehicles while they are visiting you!
